A controlled production sequence, with inspection built into the flow rather than added at the end.

Process

THE MANUFACTURING SEQUENCE

Each stage below applies to standard and custom orders alike. Stages that depend on the specification are confirmed before production begins.

  1. Step 01

    Raw Material Procurement

    Material sourced against the requirement stated in the order, with grade and section confirmed before purchase.

  2. Step 02

    Incoming Material Inspection

    Material verified on receipt before it enters production.

  3. Step 03

    Cutting

    Bar stock cut to the lengths derived from the drawing.

  4. Step 04

    Bending / Forging

    L bends, J hooks, U profiles and forged features formed to the specified geometry.

  5. Step 05

    Thread Rolling / Thread Cutting

    Threading by rolling or cutting depending on the size, material and specification.

  6. Step 06

    Heat Treatment

    Applied where the specification requires it. Confirmed at order stage.

  7. Step 07

    Surface Finishing

    Hot-dip galvanizing, zinc plating or plain finish as specified by the customer.

  8. Step 08

    Dimensional Inspection

    Dimensions, thread and finish checked against the approved drawing.

  9. Step 09

    Packing

    Batch-wise packing with identification matched to foundation or structure type.

  10. Step 10

    Dispatch

    Despatch planned around the site programme, with documentation as agreed.

Machinery, capacity and process capability details are published only once confirmed by the company.
