Quality

QUALITY IS ENGINEERED INTO EVERY ORDER

Quality control runs through the process — from material intake to the packed consignment.

Approach

CONTROL POINTS, NOT A FINAL CHECK

Fastening for foundations and structures is judged on consistency. Control points are placed where variation is introduced, so that deviations are caught before the batch is finished.

Project-specific requirements — inspection stages, test requirements, documentation and third-party involvement — are defined at order stage and applied to the batch.

Certifications, standards, test reports and compliance claims are published only where the company has confirmed them. Nothing on this page should be read as a certification claim.

Workflow

THE QUALITY CONTROL WORKFLOW

01

Incoming material inspection

Material is verified against the order requirement before it is released to production.

02

Process control

Cutting, bending, threading and finishing are controlled against the approved drawing throughout the run.

03

Dimensional inspection

Dimensions, bends, thread lengths and projections are checked so that repeated parts remain consistent.

04

Testing where applicable

Testing is carried out where the specification requires it and the requirement is agreed in writing.

05

Final inspection

Finished product and coating are inspected before packing and despatch.

06

Documentation

Despatch and inspection documentation is issued to the scope agreed at order stage.
